Over 300 HTG Members Attend ConnectWise Partner Summit – Green Shirts Gain Notice!

Over 300 HTG members representing 220 member companies, over 25% of the total attendees were at the Summit this year.

Jeannine Edwards, Director of ConnectWise Community speaks of creating an IT ecosystem around the platform at the ConnectWise Partner Summit in Orlando FL. There are 49 ConnectWise Integration and Strategic Alliance Partners presenting their unique features and benefits at the Summit this year. Jeannine articulates that ConnectWise’s goal is to facilitate its Integrators and Partners new and existing customer relationships by offering a comprehensive solution that meets and exceeds expectations. She also mentioned the concept of vendor/VAR collaboration on sales and technical problems as key to mutual success, and that ConnectWise as a vendor should not be viewed as competition to its own partners. Message for Next Year’s Partner Summit: There will be a lot more room with a larger facility (30%), hope you can make it! Jeannine was speaking with Pat Dolan of Varvid.com.

Alex Rogers, President, CEO of Chartec of Bakersfield CA is fired up after listening to Keynote Speeches from Arnie Bellini co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of ConnectWise and Chris Anderson of Wired at the ConnectWise Partner Summit. Alex was impressed with the idea of stepping back and considering what simple value-adds you can provide your customer for free that either drive them to other products and services, and/or bolster their loyalty to your firm. Creating and communicating the value of little things that customers may or may not realize are important that your firm can provide to customers at no cost and little or no cost to your company is paramount in both professional/technical market differentiation and customer loyalty and perceived value.

Patrick Dolan of Varvid.com speaks with Brett Jaffee of IT4 from Woburn MA, Cloud Computing specialist and ConnectWise Partner since the first Summit and founder of the Northeast ConnectWise user group. Brett is excited to be at the Summit, as his group is formalizing its relationship at this meeting. Brett also echoes the sentiment that there is nothing like meeting peers face to face and sharing both technical and business operational knowledge.

Use of ConnectWise Attributed to Doubling Macro Systems’ Business

Howard Cunningham Jr. of Macro Systems LLC of Fairfax Virginia has attended every ConnectWise Partner Summit shares why VARS should use ConnectWise. In the last five years since Macro has been using ConnectWise, they have doubled their revenues without increasing staff levels. The functionality and efficiency ConnectWise brings to an IT organization has been proven to Howard. Cunningham also ‘gives back’ to the ConnectWise community by participating in many IT groups and forums. He says contributing to groups and forums not only gives him a sense of pride in being able to assist peers in similar situations, but he has been able to utilize others’ expertise when he has a challenging situation.
