Over 300 HTG Members Attend ConnectWise Partner Summit – Green Shirts Gain Notice!

Over 300 HTG members representing 220 member companies, over 25% of the total attendees were at the Summit this year.

Alex was impressed with the idea of stepping back and considering what simple value-adds you can provide your customer for free that either drive them to other products and services, and/or bolster their loyalty to your firm. Creating and communicating the value of little things that customers may or may not realize are important that your firm can provide to customers at no cost and little or no cost to your company is paramount in both professional/technical market differentiation and customer loyalty and perceived value.

HTG commissioned the University of Nebraska at Kearny (UNK) business management group to perform several studies of members’ regular communications, deep relationships, trust and accountability metrics in an effort to improve the value, relevance and accuracy of HTG education and management programs. Dan reports these studies are showing significant improvement by just being able to measure baseline and progress toward everything from business growth to customer satisfaction.
